Fit Fuel and Thalas announce the launch of Health Passport magazine
Las Vegas, NV, Janauary 1, 2008 – Yeah Baby LLC, a joint venture between Fit Fuel, LLC and Thalas LLC, is launching the travel industry’s most innovative, comprehensive editorial on the pursuit of health for business travelers. The magazine’s tagline, Exploring New Pathways to Health, embodies its creative approach to living a healthy lifestyle. Health Passport will be the first magazine to include a unique membership card with every issue that grants its readers access to exclusive deals at a network of health retailers around the country. Retail partners include spas, health clubs, yoga studios, preventive care practitioners and natural food restaurants.
Health Passport’s staff includes business executives and consultants with backgrounds in health who present new ideas for maintaining a healthy body and mind despite demanding travel and work commitments. The goal of the magazine is to change the way professionals think about healthy living so that healthy decisions can be easily and conveniently integrated into work travel and away-from-home living. Magazine editorials may include healthy getaways, in-flight exercises and nutrition, hotel ‘health’ ratings and critiques, in-room exercises, smart restaurant ordering and business-golf etiquette and course reviews.
The Health Passport will be sold in airports, hotels, and select newsstands and stores throughout the United States. The company is also launching HealthPassportMag.com, an online version of the quarterly print edition, which will be updated on a weekly basis. All FitFuel.com Health Passport cardholders (the site’s premium members) will receive complimentary subscriptions to the magazine, paid for by Fit Fuel and Thalas. The company will leverage target members in Fit Fuel’s customer base of more than 400,000 active users as a key distribution tool.
